Reservation terms and conditions

• Check in is from 3:00 p.m. and check out is before 11:00 a.m., any day of the week. Depending on other bookings, we may be able to be flexible with this schedule.
• Reservations must be for a minimum of 2 nights, any time of the year.
• When entering the number of guests in the reservation form, the price will vary depending on the number entered when there are more than two guests.
• Regarding the apartment, the use of the fireplace is the sole responsibility of the person/people who occupy the apartment and use it. The fireplace must always be used by adults who are aware of related safety hazards and careful not to overload the fireplace, which can potentially cause damage to people or the building itself. Users are responsible for any damages that may occur.
• At the time of making the reservation, 100% of the reservation will be paid.
• A deposit for extra cleaning is charged at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned at the time of finalising the booking provided that the accommodation is left in acceptable hygienic condition and all kitchen utensils are left clean. Otherwise, this deposit will be used for extra cleaning.
• We accept payments by PayPal or Credit Card through our website. Outside of it, we can only accept cash payments.
• Cancellation fees are applied.
• We have a Breton dog named Lola and a Bodeguero puppy named Willy. We also have two cats named Rita and Neko. For this reason and to avoid territorial problems we cannot accept pets.

Restrictions

• We cannot accept reservations for more than 11 people. This is for your comfort and to comply with our tourism license requirements.
• For logistical reasons, we cannot accept reservations less than 2 days prior to arrival.
• We cannot host stag/hen parties.
• Smoking is forbidden inside any room in Slow house sa mayma.

What is included

• Linens and towels (except beach towels).
• For stays of 10 days or longer, we include a change of linen.
• Total preparation of accommodations prior to arrival.
• Cleaning after checkout. If the accommodation is not left in acceptable hygienic conditions and the kitchen utensils are not clean, the deposit for extra cleaning will not be returned.
• WIFI.
• Swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September).
• Firewood for the fireplace (only for the apartment, which has a fireplace).

• Gourmet Breakfast (€14.50/person – Vegan or Gluten-free + €2). (*)
• Pick up/Drop off Airport or AVE (€45/per way. Maximum 4 people per way).

(*) These services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy establishes that customers can cancel their reservation and receive a full refund of the amount paid when the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, the refund will be 50% of the amount paid. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before arrival, no refund will be made.

Slow house sa mayma reserves the right to rectify or cancel reservations in the case of fraud or error. In this case, we will notify you within 48 hours of the alteration or cancellation of your reservation.
