ENJOY YOGA IN SA MAYMA

If you wish to practice yoga during your stay in sa mayma, we offer different options provided by Silvia, a highly experienced yoga instructor.

OUR CLASSES

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

We practice conscious breathing and poses through concentration and abstraction of the senses. In this way we free tensions while simultaneously acquiring strength and flexibility.

Yin Yoga

We practice Hatha yoga poses, but the difference is that muscles are relaxed and poses held for 3 to 5 minutes. We work the structure of connective tissue (fascia), tendons and ligaments.

Individual classes

These individual classes are designed for those who want a personalised session in order to improve their understanding of yoga.

Family Yoga

Practicing yoga with your family strenghens emotional ties and family bonds. These classes emphasise fun and enjoyment of yoga.
